Couplings KAMLOK

Are asymmetrical couplings used for connection of hoses, pipelines and fixed instalation places of tanks. Are manufactured according to standard MIL 27487 or according to standard DIN2828 (with sealing on threads). Pressure resistance is standardly 16bar, for special applications could be delivered with resistance up to 60bar (mainly for snowmaking systems and blasting).

Material of couplings: aluminium (АL), stainless steel (SS), brass (MS), polypropylene (PP)

Delivered dimesnions: DN12-1/2“ up to DN100-4“

type B – female with outside thread
type C – female with mandrel into the hose
type D – female with inside thread

Couplings STORZ

Are symmetric couplings with bayonet locking system, which is insured by socket. Are intended for filling and emptying fluid non-aggressive medium, for transport of sloose material, for transport of loose products. Often used for connection of fire hoses.

Material of couplings: brass, aluminium, stainless steel

Delivered dimensions: 2“, 2 1/2“, 3“, 4“.

Pitch tabs: 61mm, 81mm, 89mm, 115mm, 133mm

Type of couplings: with outside threads, with inside threads, with mandrel into the hose, shield, reduction

Used marking: 52-C, 75-B, 110-A

Couplings TANKWAGEN DIN28450

Are asymmetrical couplings, which are used for transport of liquids, solids and gases, with exception to liquefied petroleum gas and steam.

Locking tabs on the female (MK) fit into the edges of the male (VK). There is a fixed link, which is insured against inadvertent disconnection reinsurance lever. On the hoses are connected by pins with outside thread.

Maximal working pressure up to 25bar.
Working temperature up to 120°C it depends on used materials.

Material of couplings: stainless steel, brass

Delivered dimensions: DN50-2“, DN80-3“, DN100-4“.

Type of couplings: MK- female, VK- male, MB-shield, VB- plug,

Couplings TODO-MATIC®, TODO-GAS®, 

Are DRY-BREAK  couplings, which are for their high safety used at recovery of aggressive steams, for transfer of aggressive and petrochemical products. Their construction provides dry connection and disconnection under pressure.

Maximal working pressure 25bar.
Working temperature depends on material of used sealings.

Material: stainless steel, aluminium, brass.

Delivered dimensions: DN19-3/4“ up to DN150-6“

Type of couplings: with inside thread (BSP, NPT) or with flange connection

Couplings CLAMP

Connection intended for working environment with requirements to high level of hygiene and cleanlines. The most used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical environment. Connections CLAMP are manufactured according to standards DIN32676, ASME or ISO 1127.
Maximal working pressure 50bar up to DN50, 40bar for DN65 and DN80.

Material of couplings: stainless steel, most AISI316Ti

Material of sealing: NBR, EPDM, FPM, PTFE

Delivered dimensions: DN15 up to DN80

Working temperature from -30°C up to +300°C it depends on used materials of sealings.

Food threads DIN11851

Are used in food industry for connection of rubber hoses or connection of steel pipelines.
Maximal working pressure 40bar up to DN40, 25bar over DN40.

Material of couplings: stainless steel

Delivered dimensions: DN15 till DN100

Used in food industry for connection of rubber hoses or connection of steel pipelines. Are manufactured according to „Swedish Manufacturing standard- SMS“.
